World Quality Day 2007

Here are some ways that organisations celebrated World Quality Day in 2007.

  • I will be conducting a midday 'lunch and learn' session with the project team to highlight quality initiatives. CQI World Quality Day posters will be put on notice boards around the organisation.
  • We will be using posters and informing all managers via mailshots and verbal input.
  • We will have a page on our website about World Quality Day.
  • The CQI poster will be displayed on the company plasma screen and on the company intranet site. We will present the CQI World Quality Globe gift to the shift leader with the best quality record.
  • The front end of our intranet will be dedicated to World Quality Day. The CQI posters will be raised on both our sites in Bristol and Basingstoke. World Quality Day is going to be promoted to the work force. As part of World Quality Day ALL employees will be actively engaged to make one suggestion to enhance quality within the business. This will then be analysed and the results published with an action plan.
  • We will hold awareness seminars.
